Our relationship with Lanta spans over 4 years and 2 retail fit outs for our fine wine superstores. Both builds were extensive and together with a brand change we were creating our new superstores to establish our brand as the future of wine retailing. This was a very important step towards our success and Lanta took time to understand our business and build our sites.

We engaged the Lanta team to fit out our new waterfront office on Princess Wharf. We had a concrete shell to work with, and a vision of an office that showcased our values, fit well into the wharf precient while being a functional workspace for our team. We wanted this all to take place in a very tight timeline and the Lanta team made it happen.
They combined their experience, knowledge and insight to help us achieve our goal. Macau Investments engaged Lanta Interiors and Construction in the final quarter of 2014, to undertake extensive re development works on one of our properties situated in Takapuna. These works included not only the re development but the partial demolition of the existing building and negotiating with the existing tenants with regards to relocation of their businesses during the construction period.
Triumph Capital engaged Lanta Interiors and Construction in 2015/16 to undertake a major redevelopment of two existing, run down office buildings. The works involved: stripping back what was a 1960’s office/warehouse and a late 80’s office building to the bare bones, installing new curtain wall facades, structurally upgrading them both and then joining them together. The end vision was to have one large high spec office building to attract good tenants.
It was late 2015 when we engaged a number of different design construction companies to look at designing and completing our office fit-out in Ellerslie, Auckland. We received multiple proposals but after short consideration decided to proceed with Lanta.
From the outset we found Dave, Ross and the Team at Lanta to be highly professional, clear in their communications and very understanding of the local and global influences on design that we faced. They understood the brief and were able to quickly put this into a clear plan for us to move forward with. The team continued this level of professionalism and service throughout the job. As well as this, and importantly, Lanta were able to deliver the required result within the budget set.

The whole team at Lanta have been outstanding throughout our experience of the design and build of our organic food store and café in Takapuna. Their proposal was one of five we received and carefully considered, and I have no doubt we made the right choice.
